Absolutely disgusted. Ive played several open mic nights here in the past, theyre always run fantastically and are far from the problem at all however i went in there to play an open mic recently which also fell on my birthday! Ive played several open mic nights here in the past, theyre always run fantastically and are far from the problem at all however i went in there to play an open mic recently which also fell on my birthday! I brought quite a few friends and hoped my dad and dog would be welcome to join us. When my dad and dog arrived (they've been in there many times with me, never had an issue) the "lady" behind the bar quickly refused service and entry to a 60 year ol...d man on the basis that my brother had been involved in an altercation there previously when he wasnt even present! Consequently i finished my pint, finished my set, grabbed my friends and headed off to another pub. Any pub, i dont really mind. Just not this one.

Not a bad pub but terrible food. When I told the guy clearing the still half full plates he just looked at me and walked away! Great live music for Paddy’s day but a lot of obnoxious people
